The team

The Art of Living is working toward something unfashionably large: a happier, safer world, built on real human values. Most people meet that mission through its programs. Prajñā Yoga (the Intuition Process) is one of them, built for children — taught by a network of trained teachers, and chosen for them by their parents.

The team that brings it to families is small and close to the numbers — growth marketing, content and media, data and martech, a call center, and the teacher network, all working one funnel from first click to enrollment. Today, much of the data that funnel runs on is spread across separate platforms and spreadsheets, and this role exists to bring it together. We value collaboration, continuous learning, and real-world impact, and we look for people who are genuinely excited to take on challenging problems in a supportive environment.

The role

We're looking for a Data & MarTech Analyst to own the data, analytics, and marketing-technology layer behind Prajñā Yoga's marketing and conversion. The work combines marketing analytics, Power BI, Python, data integration, CRM, and automation: turning data from many platforms into insight, building and maintaining dashboards, improving the data flows and connectors underneath them, and supporting CRM and martech improvements. You'll report to the Marketing Lead, with a dotted line to the Intuition Process Program Manager.

It's a hands-on role for someone who can both analyze data and build practical solutions. It isn't a conventional MIS or reporting job, a pure data-science role, or a full-time CRM administrator's seat — it's a hybrid of marketing analytics, BI, and martech.

What you'll do

You'll analyze the lead-to-enrollment funnel end to end — from ads and acquisition through callback requests, live demos, Click-to-WhatsApp conversations, and the call center to teacher conversion. You'll find where it leaks: drop-offs, lead-quality problems, and conversion gaps, sliced by campaign, channel, geography, segment, and cohort. When the business has a specific question, you'll answer it with data and turn the answer into a recommendation someone can act on.

You'll build and maintain the Power BI dashboards the team runs on — marketing, funnel, callbacks, demos, the call center, teachers, and revenue — on top of reliable data models, measures, and KPI definitions. You'll automate recurring reports so fewer hours go into spreadsheets, and keep every dashboard accurate, current, and genuinely useful to the teams that depend on it.

Underneath the dashboards, you'll build and maintain the connectors — through APIs, exports, and whatever else is available — that bring together data from Slixta, Meta, Google, GA4, AISensy, Zoom, call-center systems, and more. You'll use Python to clean, transform, analyze, and automate, and you'll track down inconsistencies between systems and fix them at the source.

You'll support the CRM and martech stack: configuration, lead routing, workflows, data structures, and reporting; better lead allocation, deduplication, and tracking; and the integrations between the CRM, marketing platforms, and other systems. Most development inside Slixta is done by the Slixta team, so your part is to define the requirements, oversee deployment, and manage the rollout. You'll also help evaluate and bring in new martech capabilities.

And as the team tries new things — new acquisition and conversion funnels, new channels and campaigns, lead scoring and prioritization, AI-assisted lead engagement, and marketing-automation and CRM enhancements — you'll make sure each one is measured properly from day one.

How we'll measure success

We'll judge this role by how much the team can trust and use its data. That means critical marketing and conversion dashboards that are accurate, complete, fresh, and available; less manual reporting, reconciliation, and data preparation, replaced by automation and reusable data flows; and fewer duplicate, missing, inconsistent, or wrongly mapped records across marketing and CRM data.

It also means fast, sound answers to business and funnel questions; connectors, CRM enhancements, workflows, and integrations delivered on time and kept running; conversion trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities surfaced across every stage of the funnel; and dashboards the marketing and conversion teams actually use to plan, monitor, and decide.

What you bring

You have three to six years in analytics, BI, growth or marketing analytics, revenue operations, or a similar role. You're strong in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX; you have good working knowledge of Python, particularly pandas and data manipulation; your SQL is solid; and you're quick and precise in Excel and Google Sheets.

You understand APIs, JSON, and data integration well enough to connect systems yourself. You understand marketing funnels, conversion metrics, and attribution, and you're familiar with CRM and marketing-automation concepts.

A degree in a quantitative field — data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, economics, or business analytics — is preferred, but strong practical experience can stand in for it.

Bonus points

Extra credit for experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4; CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar; WhatsApp platforms such as AISensy; ETL and data pipelines or cloud databases; and lead scoring, marketing automation, or AI-enabled marketing.

What we offer

A supportive, mission-driven environment at the Art of Living International Center in Bengaluru, and the chance to help bring Prajñā Yoga to more children and families — work that does real good in the world.

What we're searching for

Titles aside, here's the shape of the person we're looking for. You find the story behind the numbers. You're comfortable working directly with data, code, APIs, and dashboards, and you understand how analysis connects to marketing and revenue. You bring structure and consistency to data scattered across many systems. When the same report comes up every week, you automate it — and when a number looks wrong, you fix the underlying problem instead of reporting it again. And you can explain what you found to people who don't think in SQL.

Apply for this role

Share a dashboard, an analysis, or an automation you built — the question it answered and what changed because of it. A Power BI file, a notebook, a repo, or a short write-up all work. Remember to drop a link.
