The team
The Art of Living is working toward something unfashionably large: a happier, safer world, built on real human values. Most people meet that mission through its programs. Prajñā Yoga (the Intuition Process) is one of them, built for children — taught by a network of trained teachers, and chosen for them by their parents.
The team that brings it to families is small, commercially minded, and close to the numbers — growth marketing, content and media, data and martech, a call center, and the teacher network, all working one funnel from first click to enrollment. This role owns the middle of that funnel, where interest either turns into engagement or quietly goes cold. We value collaboration, continuous learning, and real-world impact, and we look for people who are genuinely excited to take on challenging problems in a supportive environment.
The role
We're looking for a Growth Manager to own the marketing that moves leads from first interest to real engagement and enrollment. You'll own three funnels — live demos, Click-to-WhatsApp, and webinars — and drive a set of new growth and conversion bets alongside them, such as referrals, partnerships, housing-society activations, and AI-assisted engagement. Success is measured in engagement, funnel velocity, and conversion, and you'll get there working closely with content, CRM, data, the call center, and the teacher conversion team.
What you'll do
You'll own the full marketing journey around live demos: driving registrations and attendance, planning the pre-demo messages and reminders, keeping people engaged through the session, and building the post-demo nurture that leads to enrollment. You'll analyze where people drop off between registration, attendance, and enrollment, find ways to lift demo-to-enrollment conversion, and work with the content, creative, and CRM teams on the assets and journeys each step needs.
You'll own the Click-to-WhatsApp journeys and the conversations they start — designing and refining the flows, quick replies, and follow-ups; speeding up lead response; working with the CRM and messaging teams on automation; and watching engagement and conversion closely. The goal is to move each WhatsApp conversation toward its next useful step: a callback, a demo, or an enrollment.
For webinars and other digital events, both live and always-on, you'll plan the registration and promotion journeys; coordinate the landing pages, creative, messaging, and reminders; drive registrations and attendance; and build the post-event nurture that converts. You'll track webinar-to-enrollment performance and turn what works into formats and practices the team can repeat.
Beyond the core funnels, you'll lead marketing for new growth and conversion initiatives: referral programs, housing-society and local activations, partnerships and new audience routes, new digital channels and conversion journeys, AI-assisted lead engagement, and reactivating leads that went quiet. You'll be comfortable taking each one from concept and funnel design through launch, measurement, and optimization.
Improvement here runs on evidence. You'll monitor funnel performance, spot bottlenecks, form hypotheses, and run A/B tests and structured experiments across messaging, landing pages, calls to action, journeys, and follow-up, working with the Data & MarTech Analyst on measurement and analysis. You'll prioritize by likely business impact, not by activity volume.
You'll brief the content and media team on campaign and funnel needs, and coordinate creative and production with its lead. You'll work with the Data & MarTech Analyst on dashboards and tracking, with the CRM and martech teams on workflows and integrations, and with the call center and teacher conversion teams so that every journey sets up the conversion that follows it. For your own initiatives you may manage agency relationships directly, while larger creative production stays with content and media.
You'll track and report the performance of everything you own — lead-to-engagement conversion, demo registrations, attendance and retention, Click-to-WhatsApp engagement, webinar registrations and attendance, funnel velocity, cost per engaged lead, conversion to enrollment, and revenue contribution — and use that data to recommend where effort, budget, and resources should move.
How we'll measure success
We'll judge this role by what happens in the funnels it owns: registrations, attendance, retention, and demo-to-enrollment conversion for live demos; engagement, qualified conversations, and conversion from Click-to-WhatsApp; and registrations, attendance, and post-webinar conversion for webinars. Across all of them, we'll look for higher conversion, fewer drop-offs, and less time between a lead engaging and taking a meaningful next step.
Beyond the core funnels, we'll look at how well new initiatives are launched, measured, and improved; at the number and quality of meaningful experiments and the measurable gains they produce; and, in the end, at the enrollments and revenue your funnels and initiatives bring in.
What you bring
You have five to seven years in growth, lifecycle, CRM, performance, or digital marketing, or in funnel management. Experience in a D2C, edtech, consumer-internet, subscription, or high-volume lead-generation business will help.
You understand digital marketing funnels and conversion deeply, and you've managed lead-nurture and lifecycle journeys hands-on. You know Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital acquisition well, even if an agency does the media buying. You've worked with landing pages, calls to action, and conversion-rate optimization; you have working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation; and you understand WhatsApp and Click-to-WhatsApp marketing and conversational journeys.
You can work with data and read funnel performance. You've planned and run campaigns across multiple teams and channels, and your project and stakeholder management is strong.
Bonus points
Extra credit for experience with webinar or event funnels; referral- or partnership-led growth; community or housing-society acquisition; platforms such as AISensy, Zoho, or Slixta; GA4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking; A/B testing and CRO tools; and AI-led marketing automation or conversational AI.
What we offer
A supportive, mission-driven environment at the Art of Living International Center in Bengaluru, and the chance to help bring Prajñā Yoga to more children and families — work that does real good in the world.
What we're searching for
Titles aside, here's the shape of the person we're looking for. You think about conversion and revenue, not just registrations and engagement, and you understand how each intervention moves a parent from interest to action. You'd rather test, measure, and learn than rely on how things have always been done. You're hands-on enough to brief a campaign, set up or coordinate a journey, dig into the data, and solve an operational problem without waiting on others — and comfortable working across creative, CRM, data, call-center, and program teams. You understand what parents need at each stage of their decision. And you go looking for ways to improve the funnel rather than simply running the campaigns already in it.
Apply for this role
Share a funnel or campaign you owned — the problem, the experiments you ran, and what happened to conversion. A deck, a doc, or a short write-up all work. Remember to drop a link.
