The team

The Art of Living is working toward something unfashionably large: a happier, safer world, built on real human values. Work at that scale depends on programs and initiatives that cut across many teams — and on someone who makes sure they actually land.

At The Art of Living Trust, that's this role. We value collaboration, continuous learning, and real-world impact, and we look for people who are genuinely excited to take on challenging problems in a supportive environment.

The role

We're looking for a Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives for The Art of Living Trust. You'll be a strong communicator and a practical problem-solver — someone who can manage many stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and priorities at once without losing the thread.

What you'll do

You'll lead programs and initiatives from planning through to successful execution, coordinating cross-functional teams so that key milestones land on time. Along the way you'll track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and performance, and manage resources, timelines, and budgets where the program calls for it.

You'll own stakeholder communication, giving leadership regular, clear updates on where things stand. You'll spot challenges early and drive them to solutions, improve processes as you go, and keep every program aligned with the organization's objectives.

What you bring

You have a bachelor's degree and five or more years of relevant experience — or a master's degree and three or more — in program management, project management, operations, consulting, or a related field.

Your organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are strong, and you can juggle multiple priorities while working effectively across cross-functional teams. You're proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Bonus points

An MBA or an equivalent postgraduate qualification will make us lean in, as will a strong alignment with the values and mission of The Art of Living Trust.

What we offer

A supportive, mission-driven environment at the Art of Living International Center in Bengaluru, and the chance to deliver programs that do real good in the world.

What we're searching for

Titles aside, here's the shape of the person we're looking for. You can take a program from a plan on paper to delivered results, and keep a room full of stakeholders aligned along the way. You see risks and dependencies before they become problems, and you solve them rather than just report them. You communicate clearly and regularly, with the teams doing the work and with leadership alike. And you care about the mission behind the work, not just the milestones.

Apply for this role

Share a program plan, a status report, or a write-up of an initiative you delivered — the goal, the moving parts, and how you kept it on track. Remember to drop a link.
