The team
The Art of Living is working toward something unfashionably large: a happier, safer world, built on real human values. Most people meet that mission through its programs. Prajñā Yoga (the Intuition Process) is one of them, built for children — taught by a network of trained teachers, and chosen for them by their parents.
The team that brings it to families is small, commercially minded, and close to the numbers — growth marketing, content and media, data and martech, a call center, and the teacher network, all working one funnel from first click to enrollment. This role owns the last and most personal step of that funnel: the moment a teacher turns an interested parent into an enrollment. We value collaboration, continuous learning, and real-world impact, and we look for people who are genuinely excited to take on challenging problems in a supportive environment.
The role
We're looking for a Teacher Lead Conversion Manager to own and drive lead conversion through Prajñā Yoga's teacher network, with a clear focus on enrollment and revenue. You'll make sure teachers receive a steady flow of relevant leads, follow up well, keep strong conversion discipline, and fill the batches they have available — using data, coaching, and structured processes to lift conversion teacher by teacher. You'll report to the Marketing Lead, with a dotted line to the Intuition Process Program Manager.
This is a revenue and performance-management role, not teacher administration.
What you'll do
You'll own lead-to-enrollment performance through teachers. That means making sure leads are generated and allocated sensibly — by geography, language, batch availability, and teacher capacity; watching lead volumes, aging, follow-up, and conversion for each teacher; spotting gaps between lead demand and teacher capacity; and tracking enrollment and revenue against targets. You'll work with program operations to keep lead flow in step with the batches and capacity available.
You'll set clear performance expectations for teachers who receive marketing leads, and track conversion and follow-up teacher by teacher. When some teachers convert far better than others, you'll find out why — then coach teachers on lead handling, follow-up, and conversion, and spread what works across the network. Where problems persist, you'll escalate them.
You'll establish and maintain a consistent follow-up process: leads contacted within agreed timelines, aging and unresolved opportunities kept in view, and follow-up discipline that keeps improving. With the call center and growth marketing, you'll keep handoffs between channels clean, and you'll pinpoint where prospects are being lost and recommend how to fix it.
You'll keep teacher and batch capacity visible, and allocate leads so that the capacity available is used as productively as possible. You'll flag the periods and places that need more lead generation, and the situations where demand outruns teacher capacity — and recommend changes to allocation and marketing priorities based on conversion and capacity data.
With the Data & MarTech Analyst, you'll build and maintain clear visibility into leads per teacher, contact and follow-up rates, conversion, enrollment and revenue, lead aging, batch fill rates, teacher productivity, and conversion by geography, language, and other segments — and use it to decide on specific actions, not just to produce reports.
You'll share lead requirements and downstream conversion performance with growth marketing; work with the call center's program manager on handoffs and follow-up between the call center and teachers; improve dashboards, allocation logic, and reporting with data and martech; and plan around batch availability and capacity with program operations. And you'll bring the content and growth teams what you hear from parents — common objections, conversion barriers, and lead quality.
How we'll measure success
We'll judge this role by enrollments and revenue: how well assigned leads convert into enrollments, and how enrollment and revenue track against targets. Behind those numbers, we'll look at the share of allocated leads that get timely, appropriate follow-up, the time from lead allocation to enrollment, and how fully batches and capacity are used.
We'll also look at the health of the network itself: conversion and revenue improving across teachers, measurable gains among underperforming teachers after coaching or intervention, and fewer aged, uncontacted, or otherwise unresolved leads slipping through.
What you bring
You have four to seven years in sales, inside sales, channel management, sales enablement, revenue operations, business development, or performance management. Experience managing a distributed sales or channel network will be particularly valuable, and a background in edtech, education, D2C, consumer services, healthcare, financial services, or another high-volume lead-generation business will help.
You understand sales funnels and conversion management well, and you've managed performance against revenue or sales targets. You've worked with distributed teams, partners, agents, or sales representatives, and you're comfortable with targets, dashboards, and performance reviews. You're analytical and data-literate, experienced with CRM and lead-management systems, and strong in Excel or Google Sheets.
Just as important, you can spot a performance gap and drive the corrective action, and your communication, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills are strong.
Bonus points
Extra credit for experience managing education counselors, teachers, franchisees, or channel partners; lead allocation and territory or channel management; batch and capacity planning; sales incentive or performance programs; Power BI or another BI tool; and CRM platforms such as Slixta, Zoho, or similar.
What we offer
A supportive, mission-driven environment at the Art of Living International Center in Bengaluru, and the chance to help bring Prajñā Yoga to more children and families — work that does real good in the world.
What we're searching for
Titles aside, here's the shape of the person we're looking for. You think naturally in enrollments, revenue, conversion, and capacity utilization. You're comfortable setting targets, reviewing performance, and holding people accountable — but you improve performance through coaching and enablement, not escalation alone. You use teacher-level and funnel-level data to decide where to step in. You can keep a large number of moving parts under control without losing sight of the commercial goal, and you work well with teachers, the call center, marketing, and program operations. And you're persistent but practical: you follow a performance issue through until it's solved, rather than just reporting it.
Apply for this role
Tell us about a sales or partner network whose conversion you improved — where leads were leaking, what you changed, and what the numbers did next. A doc or a deck works. Remember to drop a link.
